Students register in every lesson. If a girl does not register in her first lesson, and if she has not signed in at Student Services and we have not heard from her parents by 11.00 am, parents are sent a text or an email telling them that their daughter has not registered at school. If they do not respond within an hour we will contact them by phone.

Assemblies: From September 2015 there will be a whole school assembly and a House assembly every week during Tutor Time, and there will also be occasional assemblies for specific year groups.

Tutor Time: A 25 minute session on days without assemblies when girls meet in tutor groups and engage in various tutor group activities, as well as seeing school notices on the Moodle.

Tutor Period: A 50 minute lesson once a fortnight where girls discuss topics that all of them find interesting/relevant and work together on House competitions.

Tuesdays: On Tuesdays there will be no tutorials in the 13.45 – 14.10 slot, but instead an extended lunch break, which will enable extra time for clubs to run, or for girls to take advantage of time to complete homework or independent study.
