Results Day

Results Day 2017 Thursday 24 th August

If you are joining us for sixth form from SGGS:

Come to the Hargreaves Hall from 9am on 24th August to collect your GCSE results. We know you will want to celebrate, but before you go, remember to go to the Dining Room to sign to confirm your place in Shottery Sixth Form and your choice of A-levels. You will also have two important enrolment documents to collect, so make sure you pick these up before you leave.

Mrs Smith will be available in the Dining Room to discuss option changes or any other queries you may have.

If you are on holiday on Results Day, and having results emailed to you, you will need to email Ms Bell directly (bell.e@sggs.org.uk) confirming you wish to take up your place in Shottery Sixth Form and your A-level choices. Emails will be checked from 12pm, and confirmation of places sent out during the afternoon of 24th August.

Ms Bell will be available in the Manor in the afternoon of 24th August and between 9:30 and 3:30 on Friday 25th August for more detailed discussions if necessary.

If you are joining us for sixth form from another school:

Come to the Manor between 9 and 11am on 24th August with TWO copies of your GCCSE results. We do need to see evidence of your results before we can confirm your place, so don’t forget to bring these!

When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a form confirming your choice of A-levels and be given important enrolment forms. Make sure you keep these safe, they will need to be signed and returned on the first day back, Monday 4th September.

If you are unsure whether your results meet our entry requirements or have any queries, do come in to talk to Ms Bell.
