Congratulations to Year 9 baker Harriet Hodgson whose extraordinary towering chocolate creation won this year's World Book Day Bake Off.

A brilliant turn out of forty-six mouth watering cakes were judged by sixteen adjudicators who graded the bakes for their originality, literary connection and appearance. A possible 288 points were up for grabs making the decision-making unbearably tough as they were all incredible.

Harriet's bake, complete with silver tiara and fairy lights, stole the show. She captured the essence of Narnia with an accompanying literary blurb that was both convincing and passionate.  

Well done to all those that took part - a truly mouth-watering afternoon!
